Phase B

Shape your idea

Get trained through the «Startup Academy»

If you have your own business idea and team:

Present the idea you propose and receive important feedback from specialized executives to improve and shape your business idea to best meet the needs of the organization.

In this phase, you are required to identify the key elements of your business model by developing a first version of your proposal. You will take part in mentoring workshops with Nestlé experts who will provide you with targeted feedback in order to improve/adapt your business model.

Then, you will be invited to participate in a pitching event to present your business proposal to the program’s evaluation committee. They will evaluate how complete and feasible your solution is and select the teams that will qualify for the next and last phase.

If you wish to participate individually:

Educate yourself on entrepreneurship and innovation through a series of workshops.

Take part in the “Startup Academy”, which is exclusively designed to train you in all key areas of entrepreneurship. The duration is 9 days during November and will cover topics such as the types of innovation, market research and data analysis, developing the right business model, designing a strategy and marketing plan, etc. Upon completion of the “Startup Academy”, you will join a newly formed team, with whom you will be asked to develop an innovative solution on a case study, using the knowledge and skills developed during the program. At the same time, you will receive guidance from both experienced Nestlé executives and ACEin coaches to shape your business proposal to best meet the needs of the case study and the market.

At the end of this phase, you will be invited to present your proposal to Nestlé executives and program partners. The committee will evaluate both your team and individual performance and will then select, based on specific criteria, the individuals who will start their internship.

Phase C

Validate your idea

Start your Internship

If you have your own business idea and team:

Design the implementation plan for your business idea and receive support for the development of its pilot implementation in a real environment.

In this phase, you are called upon, within 3-4 months, to validate your business idea through a Proof of Concept, by testing it in a real environment. You will take part in the final pitching event of the program, where the evaluation committee will decide, based on the results of your pilot project, whether your product/service in its current version meets the needs of the company and its partners. The teams that achieve this will be awarded a prize.

If you wish to participate individually:

Grasp the opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced environment such as that of Nestlé Hellas.

In the final phase, the individuals who have distinguished themselves from the previous stage, will start a 3 – 4 month internship at Nestlé or at one of the program’s partners.

There, you will have the opportunity to work in a constantly developing working environment, meet experienced managers, and start your professional career in the most dynamic way.
